Therefore, keep your pond balanced at the appropriate pH level.

Ensure you have the right number of fish in the aquarium. Thus, it is imperative to have counts of the species regularly. When smaller species die and are not removed, they will decompose resulting in pollution due to high levels of nitrates in the fish tank. This will suffocate the fish. Remember, nitrates cause excessive growth of algae, which deprives fish off the air.
